Ball: All girls use their standard size 28.5 ball. The 8-10 year olds boys play with a size 28.5 ball. Boys ages 11-14 use their standard size 30 ball.

Court: The court we use does not have a division line. However, there are two yellow lines located close to mid-court. Either of these yellow lines will serve as the division line, chosen to in all cases create a larger front court than back court.

Special 8-10 year old allowances: The basket is positioned at 9 feet. Foul shots are taken approximately 24 inches in from the normal free throw line. To accomodate rebounders being moved up (2008-2009 rule change) we will have the lowest rebounders place their lower foot on the block. Each of the other rebounders will straddle the lane-space marks.

Uniforms: The required uniform is the jersey and shorts as issued by the league. No player will be allowed to play without the issued uniform, or if the uniform is modified (e.g., cutting off sleeves). Compression shorts are permitted, but must be above the knees and black (white if the shorts are white).
